Twain Harte Active Lake home that sleeps a crowd! This home is unique as it has several levels with sleeping areas on each level. I've counted and I think it can sleep 14! Besides that, Twain Harte Lake Membership is a definite plus! There is also a community built in pool in downtown Twain Harte that has a daily fee for usage. There is lots of room for entertaining including the room downstairs where you can play ping pong, watch tv & have a great time! You've got the high, knotty pine ceilings and a nice deck on the back of the house to make you feel that woodsy feel. There are two mini split systems for heating and a/c. The actual square footage could be more. There are lots of nice trees & the TUD ditch across the street where you can fish or use it as a nice walking path. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac where you won't have a lot activity. Twain Harte also offers a public golf course, mini golf, tennis courts, a new park area with picnic tables and a walking trail & concerts in the park. Come up & enjoy the outdoors and the tranquility of our Sierra Mountains...It's only a 2 1/2 drive from most Bay Area locations. We are only a short drive to Yosemite National Park, Pinecrest Resort, mintutes to downtown Twain Harte, and close to hiking, snow and water skiing.
